Our main office is located in Quincy, WA. We also run an office out of Rathdrum, ID. We urge Eastern Washington and Idaho people to apply.

Safety Administrators help develop safety policies and procedures, organize team meetings, solve safety issues, coordinate audits, and inspections, track corrective actions and incident data, review important safety documents, and many other duties that require a high degree of attention to detail. The role of safety administrators is one that should not be taken lightly in the workplace. In our view, they are equal partners of a safety department’s team of safety professionals.

Safety Administrator Duties

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct safety training and orientations
  • Monitor safety compliance
  • Inspect workplace for potential hazards
  • Investigate accidents and incidents
  • Prepare and deliver safety reports
  • Enforce safety regulations

Safety Administrator Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety practices
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management

Although a college degree is not a requirement for a Safety Administrator, a minimum of a two-four year degree is preferred. This is ideal for a college graduate with a passion for the construction industry and maintains all required OSHA certifications or is willing to undergo all of the necessary training to become certified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
